新生代农民工城市融入近年来一直成为社会各界热议和关注的焦点。当前关于新生代农民工的研究主要集中于权益保护、市民化、城市融入等一些宏观层面，而对于他们的精神文化生活状况和城市基层社区文化建设的关系等微观层面研究较少。下面主要是从精神文化层面入手，结合0地区城市社区文化建设的调研数据，运用因子分析和回归分析方法得出了初步结论。认为文化认同、社区融入和市民化是一个循序渐进、逐渐深入的过程，分别为新生代农民工城市融入提供价值认同和心灵归属。同时社会支持网络和全方位身份转变，制约着他们城市融入的进程和有效性。

英文摘要：

The integration into cities for the new generation of migrant workers has become a hot focus for all sectors of society in recent years.The studies on the new generation of migrant workers recently focus on the protec- tion of rights and interests, urbanization, city integration and some other macroscopic levels, but there are less micro- cosmic research studies on their spiritual and cultural life and city community culture construction and relationship between them.This paper mainly analyses the survey data of community culture construction in Q city with the method of factor analysis and regression analysis, and thinks that cultural identity, community integration and urbanization is a gradual process,which respectively provides value identity and spiritual adscription, social support network and a full range of identity transformation for the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into the cities, which re- stricts the process and effectiveness.
