回顾近几年我国地方社会资本研究的相关文献,系统梳理社会资本在地方治理中应用的可能性,分析了二者之间的关系,找出了社会资本与地方治理之间的发生作用机制。结合目前国内外理论研究和现实情况,对当前我国社会资本在地方资本建设及其在地方治理中的应用做了简要的评价,并对当前我国地方社会资本建设提出若干建议。

英文摘要：

Reviewed related literatures on local social capital in last few years in our country, this paper systematically summarized the possibility of the application of the social capital in the local gov- ernance, analyzed the relationship between the two, found out the mechanism of action between social capital and local governance. Combined with the current domestic and foreign theoretical research and actual situation, the paper briefly evaluated the social capital and its application in the local social cap- ital construction and put forward some suggestions for the local social capital construction.
