采用溶液燃烧法在600℃合成等离子体平板显示器(plasma displaypanel,PDP)用蓝色荧光粉SrMgAl10O17:Eu2+。通过X射线粉末衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和荧光分光光度计分别表征样品的晶体结构、颗粒形貌和发光性能。研究燃料CO(NH2)2的质量、激活剂离子(Eu2+)的摩尔掺量和助熔剂H3BO3的质量掺量对产物发光性能的影响。结果表明:当CO(NH2)2加入量为理论值的2倍时,样品发射峰的强度达到最高值,在327nm紫外光激发下,发射主峰单一(λem=470nm),为一宽带连续谱,是典型Eu2+的4f65d→4f7的特征发射;激活剂离子Eu2+的淬灭浓度为7%,浓度淬灭机制为电子双极–双极作用交互方式;加入适量H3BO3可以提高样品的光谱发射强度。
Blue emitting SrMgAl10O17:Eu2+ phosphor for plasma display panel (PDP) was successfully prepared by the solution com-bustion method at 600 ℃. The crystal structure,morphology and luminescent properties of samples were analyzed by the X-ray dif-fraction,field emission scanning electron microscope and spectrofluorometer,respectively. Influence of urea (CO(NH2)2) mass frac-tion,activator Eu2+mole fraction and flux H3BO3 mass fraction on luminescent properties of products was investigated. The results show that when quality amount of urea is two times of its theoretical value,the maximum luminescent intensity is obtained. The emission spectrum shows a single intensive band centered at 470 nm under ultraviolet (UV) 327 nm excitation,which corresponds to 4f 65d1→4f 7 transition of Eu2+. Critical quenching content of Eu2+ is 7%,and the corresponding content quenching mechanism is verified as dipole-dipole interactions. The use of H3BO3 as flux can enhance emission spectra intensity of strontium magnesium alu-minate,and make the particles more regular.
