架空输电线路的暂态栽流能力是高峰时期负荷调度和紧急情况下运行调度安全操作的依据。笔者主要利用输电线路暂态热平衡方程给出评估线路暂态载流能力的方法.提出以Runge-Kutta公式为基础的计算模型,避免了因引入热传递系数带来的误差,保证了计算精度。重点分析了导线温升、暂态载流量、安全时间等线路暂态载流能力特征参数及其计算方法,以增容系统采集的现场数据为基础,讨论了输电线路的暂态载流能力。研究结果表明,架空输电线路的暂态载流量具有很大的挖掘潜力。
The transient ampacity of an overhead transmission line is a basis for load scheduling during peak period and for safe operation in an emergency. In this paper, a method for estimating the transient ampacity was presented via the transient thermal balance equation, and a computation model based on Runge-Kutta formula was proposed to avoid the error induced by coefficient of heat transfer and to ensure the accuracy of evaluation. The characteristic parameters, such as conductor's temperature rise, transient ampacity, and remaining time, were analyzed with their calculation methods. The transient ampacity of an overhead transmission line was discussed according to the field data sampled by DLR system, and the results show that the transient ampacity of an overhead transmission line can be further developed.
