罗汉果为葫芦科多年生藤本植物罗汉果(Siraitia grosvenorii Swingle)的成熟果实。研究表明罗汉果具有显著的降血糖效果,罗汉果降血糖活性物质主要包括罗汉果甜苷、罗汉果黄酮以及罗汉果多糖等。罗汉果降血糖的主要作用机制为恢复胰腺损伤、促进胰岛素分泌,降血脂,清除自由基和抗脂质过氧化,抑制肠道α-葡萄糖苷酶活性。本文阐述了罗汉果活性物质的降血糖作用及其作用机制,最后对罗汉果进一步研究进行了展望。
Siraitia grosvenorii is the ripe friut of perennial liana Siraitia grosvenorii Swingle. Some studies indi- cated that Siraitia grosvenorii had a better effect of lowering blood suger value, and the active componet on hpy- erglycemic was mainly including the mogroside,flavones, polysaccharide. Siraitia grosvenorii lower blood glu- cose by restoring the pancreas injury and promoting the secretion of insulin, lipid-lowering, scavenging free radicals and anti-lipid peroxidation and inhibiting the activity of a-glucosidase.In this review, the research of the active component on hpyerglycemic was expounded. In addition,the mechanism of action on hpyerglycemic was illuminated. At last, future perspective for Siraitia grosvenorii research was put forward.
