不同钙源对大鼠骨代谢的影响

研究不同钙源对大鼠骨代谢的影响。初步探明不同钙源对大鼠钙吸收的影响因素。以4周龄SD雄性大鼠为模型,随机分为5组,分别为柠檬酸苹果酸钙组、固体碳酸钙组、液体碳酸钙组、固体碳酸钙加维生素D3组以及低钙对照组,各组饲以低钙饲料,并按照相同钙量,每天灌胃不同钙剂,低钙组灌胃去离子水,进行13周饲养实验。不同钙源组血清酸性磷酸酶活性、血清钙、骨钙含量显著高于低钙组,血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶活性、血清磷显著低于低钙组。固体碳酸钙组与液体碳酸钙组比较各项指标都没有显著性差异。柠檬酸苹果酸钙组,碳酸钙加维生素D3组血清酸性磷酸酶活性、血清钙含量显著高于碳酸钙组,血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶、血清磷含量显著低于碳酸钙组。柠檬酸苹果酸钙组、固体碳酸钙加维生素D3组骨钙含量显著高于其它钙源组。柠檬酸苹果酸钙组远心端骨密度显著高于其他它钙源组。碳酸钙物理性状的改变对改善大鼠骨代谢没有显著影响;柠檬酸苹果酸钙、固体碳酸钙加维生素D3改善大鼠骨代谢的效果较好,说明有机酸和维生素D3都能有效的促进钙吸收。

英文摘要:

To compare the effects of different calcium sources on bone metabolism in rats. Four week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups of calcium citrate malate, solid calcium carbonate, liquid calcium carbonate, solid calcium carbonate with vitamin D and low calcium, fed on low calcium meal and different calcium sources, respectively, for 13 weeks.the activity of serum acid phosphatase and the contents in serum calcium and bone of the different calcium sources are significantly higher than the low calcium group. The activity of serum tar- trate-resistant acid phosphatase and the serum phosphorus contents of the different calcium sources are significantly lower than the low calcium group. The solid calcium group is not significantly different from the liquid calcium carbonate group. The activity of serum acid phosphatase and the serum calcium contents of the groups of calcium citrate malate, solid calcium carbonate with vitamin D are significantly higher than the groups of calcium carbon- ate. The activity of serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase and the serum phosphorus contents are significantly lower than the groups of calcium carbonate. The bone calcium contents of the calcium citrate malate group and the solid calcium carbonate with vitamin D group are significantly higher than other calcium groups. The bone density of the calcium citrate malate group is significantly higher than other calcium groups. The physical behavior change of the calcium carbonate is no effect on the bone metabolism in rats.The effects of the groups of calcium citrate malate, are better than other calcium groups. Which illustrate that organic acid and vitamin D maybe can promote the calcium absorption.
