辅酶Q10广泛存在于生物体内与线粒体内膜相结合的脂溶性醌类物质。是人体细胞能量制造的基础,具有效果明确的代谢性强心作用。因辅酶Q10极不易溶于水,见光易分解,对制备的辅酶Q10软胶囊内容物的稳定性进行了研究。以内容物沉降体积比为考察指标,研究了助悬剂对其影响,并考察其在冷藏、室温、高温高湿、避光及自然光条件下的稳定性,同时研究了抗氧化剂维生素E对辅酶Q10内容物稳定性的影响。发现辅酶Q10软胶囊内容物中添加维生素E对保持辅酶Q10含量有显著的作用,自然光条件下内容物中辅酶Q10含量下降明显,应通过避光的贮存条件来保证稳定性。
Coenzyme Q10 is a fat soluble quinone, widely distributed and combinated with mitochondrial membrane in living organisms. Coenzyme Q10 is the basis of energy production of human cell, with effect of specific metabolic strong heart. Because of coenzyme Q10 is highly insoluble in water and see the light decomposition, the stability of coenzyme Q10 soft capsule content prepared was studied. The effect of suspending agent was studied using sedimentation volume rate as the index. Soft capsules content were prepared and the stability under cold storage, room temperature, high temperature and high humidity, light avoided and natural light environment were studied respectively. Moreover, the effects of vitamin E on the stability of coenzyme Q10 content were studied. It was found that coenzyme Q10 soft capsule content supplemented with vitamin E had a significant role to keep the content of coenzyme Q10, and the content of coenzyme Q10 in natural light conditions decreased significantly. Therefore, the coenzyme Q10 soft capsule content should been persevered by avoiding light conditions to ensure the stability of coenzyme Q10.
