为了研究新研发的早强抗裂外加剂对不同低温养护环境下水泥砂浆强度及收缩性能的影响,选择5种不同的养护环境(20、10、0、-10、20~-10℃),进行抗压、抗折强度及收缩试验。试验结果表明:在作为参考的标准养护环境下,该早强抗裂外加剂具有优异的早强与抗裂效果;在10、0、20~-10℃等低温及冻融环境下,该早强抗裂外加剂具有较好的早强与抗裂效果;在-1 0℃的极低温度下,该早强抗裂外加剂的早强与抗裂性能受到了较大的抑制。
In order to research new early strength anti cracking admixtures on cement mortar strength and shrinkage properties of different low temperature curing condition,this paper chooses five different curing environment (20,10,0,-10,20-10 ℃ ) by compressive strength, flexural strength and shrinkage test.Test results show that:as reference standard curing condition, the early strength anti cracking additive has excellent early strength and crack resistance effect.In 10,0 and 20~-10 ℃, low temperature and under freezing and thawing environment, the early strength of anti cracking additive with good early strength and crack resistance effect.In the very low temperature of - 10 ℃,the early strength of anti cracking additive early strength and crack resistance by greater inhibition.
