基于相关理论,构建了关系治理与组织文化差异和初始共同善意信任的概念模型。通过问卷调查得到202份有效样本,运用实证研究,并借助AMOS和SPSS软件对数据进行了分析。结果发现:管理风格差异对关系治理无显著负向影响,而组织反应差异对关系治理具有显著负向影响;初始共同善意信任对管理风格差异与关系治理的关系不具有显著的调节作用,而对组织反应差异与关系治理的关系具有显著的调节作用。
Based on the relevant theories,the paper constructs a conceptual model of the relational governance,organizational culture differences and initial mutual goodwill trust. Through questionnaire survey,202 valid samples were obtained. By using the method of empirical research,and the data were analyzed by AMOS and SPSS software. Results showed that,management style differences in organizational culture has no significant negative impact on relational governance,but organizational responses differences has a significant negative impact on relational governance. Initial mutual goodwill trust has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between management style differences and relational governance,but initial mutual goodwill trust has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between organizational responses differences and relational governance.
