With the rapid development of science and technology, constant breakthroughs in the theory of various disciplines, the close integration of clinical progress and basic research, everyone within the discipline required to master experimental techniques and basic principles commonly used in scientific research. From the current situation, plurality of medical college and hospital laboratory exist plenty of problems, such as device configuration unreasonable. The most important way to solve these questions is to carry out training regularly and establish a standardized management system.
