本试验对1株犬源H3N2亚型流感病毒(A/caninejGuangdong/10/2014)进行了遗传进化分析。
One H3N2 caine influenza vius,A/Caine/Guangdong/10/2014,was isolated from dog in 2014. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the genes from the virus were closely related to those of avian origin,H3N2 subtype CIVs from China and Thailand. Genetic analysis of eight genes re- vealed that the H3N2 canine influenza isolate was highly similar (〉99%) to the current common strains in Asia. Analysis of the genotype demonstrated that each gene of the strain in this study had the same genotypes (K,G,E,3B,F,2D,F,1E) as those prevalent in H3N2 CIVs. Our findings further confirm that avian-origin H3N2 canine influenza is exist in China. Conducting extensive se rological and epidemiological surveillance is necessary to develop an effective vaccine against this disease.
