目的研究银杏叶提取物(ginkgo biloba extract,GBE)对有机溶剂三氯乙烯(TCE)所致BALB/c裸鼠皮肤组织氧化损伤的保护作用。方法将BALB/c裸鼠随机分成空白对照组、橄榄油溶剂对照组、100%TCE处理组和0.1%、1%、10%GBE保护组,分别染毒1d和14d,取染毒背部皮肤进行MDA含量、SOD活性测定。结果用GBE保护后,皮肤组织中的MDA含量随GBE水平的增加呈明显下降趋势,皮肤组织匀浆中的SOD活性随GBE剂量的增加呈上升趋势。结论银杏叶提取物可能通过降低皮肤的氧化应激水平,对TCE所致的皮肤损伤发挥保护作用,从而有效保护三氯乙烯所致BALB/c裸鼠皮肤氧化损伤。
Objective To study the protective effect of ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) on the oxidative damage of skin by trichloroethylene. Method BALB/c hairless mice were randomly divided into several groups, the mice in treated groups were smeared with 0. 1% GBE, 1% GBE, 10% GBE respectively after smearing with 100% TCE; the mice in TCE and control groups were smeared with 100% TCE and olive oil respectively; all on back skin. The TCE exposure terms were one day in 5 mice and fourteen days in 6 mice, then detected MDA levels and SOD activities in skin with kits. Result The results showed that MDA contents in GBE treated groups were dropped and the SOD activities in GBE treated group were risen, and seemed dose-dependent on GBE concentration. Conclusion GBE shows some protective effect On skin damage by TCE in BALB/c hairless mice.
