目前研究生招生规模大幅度扩张,新增导师队伍中的归国青年硕士生导师数量与日俱增。本文针对归国青年导师在研究生指导中存在的问题,着眼于人才质量、岗位培训、自我提升及制度保障,探讨从引进高质量人才、加强岗位培训、提升学术水平、健全遴选制度、强化任期考核五个方面全面提升归国青年导师的指导质量。
At present,the enrollment scale of graduate students has been greatly expanded,and the number of returned young master tutors in the new tutors is increasing.According to the return of young instructors in graduate guidance problems,focus on talent quality,job training, self promotion and protection system,discusses from the introduction of high quality talents,strengthening job training,improving the academic level and the selection system, strengthening tenure assessment to enhance the return of young mentor quality.
