基于对天津市地方高校的调查研究结果显示,具有行政职务的导师能为其研究生提供更为优越的科研条件和良好的团队指导,进而提高研究生的论文质量,同时在为研究生推荐就业方面也有一定优势。逐步消除高校的"双肩挑"现象和将研究生就业状况纳入导师的招生和考核体系,则可能会从整体上提高研究生论文质量、改善就业情况,进而提高研究生教育质量。
The findings of the research shows that supervisors with administrative duties can provide their graduates with more excellent scientific research conditions and better team guidance,and then their graduates' dissertation quality can be improved. At the same time,they have some advantages in recommending employment opportunities for their graduates. Gradually eliminating universities' dual-position phenomenon and taking the graduate employment situation into supervisors' recruit and examination system can possibly improve graduate students' dissertation quality and employment situation as a whole,and then promote the education quality of graduate students.
