Research capability is the central and key standard used to measure the cultivation quality of academic masters. Improving the research capability of academic masters exhibits the characteristics of necessity,importance and urgency. This paper discusses how to improve the research capability of academic masters and lists five strategies,including mixing scientific research training with course learning,strengthening the guide of supervisor,cultivating the independent research capability of master,establishing motivation mechanism,and increasing academic communication.
