提出了一种直径10mm的微小旋转型行波超声电机的结构设计方案,并加工制造了样机。针对该电机具有毫秒级的响应特性和较小输出力矩的特点,提出通过分析瞬态过程的动力学特性来估计电机负载能力的方法。利用光电编码器、NI采集卡及虚拟仪器软件组成的信号采集系统,对该微型超声电机进行了瞬态特性实验,获得了电机转速、启动及关断时间。对电机瞬态特性的实验数据进行了分析,并计算得到了电机的力矩特性。最后,通过与采用测功机得到的电机机械特性数据进行对比,验证了该方法的有效性。
One novel kind of tiny TRUM with the diameter of 10mm was presented and manufactured.For the prototype has the millisecond level response characteristics and small output torque,the load capacity of the tiny type TRUM can be obtained by analyzing the transient dynamics.By the signal acquisition system composed of optical encoders,NI acquisition card and virtual instrument software,the transient characteristics experiment of the prototype was conducted to acquire its speed,startup and shutdown time.The measured data was analyzed to calculate the torque characteristics of the prototype.Finally,the proposed method is validated by comparing the calculated results with the experimental data of the dynamometer.
