建立微型行波超声电机定子的参数化有限元模型,在灵敏度分析的基础上选择设计变量,设定了可反映电机输出性能的目标函数(由速度因子以及径向运动分量构成),并采用模态置信准则(Modal Assurance Criteria)自动识别出定子的工作模态,实现了对电机定子的参数优化设计。将该方法用于12mm行波型旋转超声电机定子的结构设计,最后根据设计方案加工得到样机,通过试验验证了该优化方法的有效性和正确性。
The parametric finite element model of the stator of micro traveling wave type motor (TRUM) was built and the design variables were given based on the sensitivity analysis. Then the objective function,which was related much to the output performance of TRUM, was formulated by considering the speed coefficient and radial velocity component. Moreover the modal assurance criteria were applied to identify the working mode of the TRUM stator. In this way, the parametric optimization design of the TRUM stator was conducted. Finally the stator With diameter of 12mm and the corresponding complete motor were manufactured according to the presented method. The validation of the presented method is attained through the experiments of the prototypes.
