针对具有多个用水部门的供水水库,提出了一种有序的供水调度规则,在该规则中水库按照用水部门的优先级确定供水的顺序,并根据水库相应的蓄水状态与用水部门限制供水线之间的关系,共同判定是否对其限制供水。基于供水过程动态博弈的特征,建立了水库对多个用水部门有序供水的二层规划模型。模型由上层水库对高优先级用水部门的供水模型以及下层对低优先级用水部门的供水模型构成,并采用粒子群算法对二层规划模型分层求解。在实例研究中,通过与不同调度模型与供水规则进行比较,检验了提出的供水规则与二层调度模型的合理性和有效性。
This paper proposes a sequence water supply rule for reservoir operation of multiple water users.The operating rule determines the sequence of water supply according to the priority of water users,and hedging is triggered by the relationship between the hedging rule curves and the reference storage of reservoir.On the basis of this sequence supply function to multiple water users,a bilevel programming(BLP)model is established.The BLP model consists of the upper level and lower level model,which adopt particle swarm optimization(PSO)to optimize the hedging rule curves of high priority water users and the curves of lower priority water users respectively.The case study shows that the operating rule and the BLP model can improve the efficiency of the operation performance of the reservoir system.
