An increasingly popular instrument for achieving the objective of industrial innovation within a series of value-added activities is industrial technology innovation strategic alliance attached to the industry innovation chain and technology innovation chain. In this paper, we reveal the value realization mechanism and logic of alliance innovation in a model of value-net based on the alliance project. Finally, the paper is also practical by giving the corresponding policy implications and suggestions.
