合资企业是跨国公司进行组织学习和知识获取的主要途径。对于中外合资企业来说,中方母公司的知识转移效果与其学习意愿及学习能力相关,而学习能力又会受到学习意愿的影响。本研究探究了组织学习对中方母公司知识转移效果的作用机制和路径。基于问卷调查得到的中外合资企业的数据,我们对假设进行了验证。我们的假设得到了实证研究结果的支持。
Joint venture is one of the main approaches for MNCs for organizational learning and knowledge acquiring. For Sino - foreign joint venture, the extent to which knowledge can be transferred successfully to Chinese parent largely depends on Chinese parent' s willingness to learn and ability, and learning ability is internally influenced by the willingness to learn. This study investigated the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge transfer, as well as their functional mechanism. Our hypothesis were supported by empirical study based on the sample of Sino - foreign joint ventures.
