中国对外直接投资快速增长的现象已激发很多研究者的兴趣,但现有理论忽视了对中国企业对外直接投资影响因素的研究。本文分析了国际化经验、学习能力与抵御风险能力等因素对我国企业对外直接投资的影响,并强调经验在对外直接投资中的重要性以及对于中国企业的特殊意义。基于中国电子信息产业上市公司数据,我们运用Cox模型对提出的假设进行验证。通过实证研究,我们发现逐步国际化理论可以部分解释中国企业的国际化进程。此外,高管团队的海外背景、企业学习能力以及企业风险承受能力也会对我国企业的对外直接投资倾向产生影响。

英文摘要：

The tremendous developments of foreign direct investments in China have intrigued a vast number of researchers.However current theories overlook factors which affect foreign direct investments of Chinese multinational enterprises.This article suggests factors such as internationalization experience,learning capability and capability of managing risks and analyses their impacts on foreign direct investments of enterprises.Additionally,the article emphasizes significance of experience during foreign direct investments and particular implication of experience for Chinese enterprises.Based on the data of listed companies in Chinese electronics-information industry we apply Cox model to verify the proposed hypotheses.By empirical studies,we found that incremental internationalization theory can partially explain the internationalized processes of Chinese enterprises.What＇s more,overseas background of senior executives,enterprise＇s learning capability and capability of managing risks influence the tendency of direct investment abroad by Chinese enterprises.
