微细铣削被认为是最柔性的加工方法之一,有着日益广阔的应用前景,近年来国外研究人员已对此进行了不断地探索。笔者综述了国外在微细铣削方面的研究,总结了微细铣削加工过程中的切削力、微铣刀、刀具磨损监控、加工特殊材料及微铣削新方法等方面的最新研究进展,并对其在国内的发展状况和应用前景进行了初步讨论。
