高性能切削已经成为21世纪制造业的主流发展方向,而刀具技术仍是限制难加工材料切削速度进一步提高的关键技术瓶颈。仿生摩擦学的出现,为刀具技术提出了新的研究方向。本文介绍了当前国内外刀具表面织构的研究现状,并提出微量润滑与表面织构双重效应的刀具减磨技术。同时简要介绍了表面织构的各种制造技术,并对刀具非光滑耐磨理论与技术研究中需要解决的问题进行了分析。
High performance cutting has become the mainstream of development in mechanical manufacturing industry,but cutting tool technology is still the key technology bottlenecks to limit to further improve the cutting speed of difficult-to-cut materials.The appearance and development of biomimetics in tribology brings a new research direction for tool technology.The research status at home and abroad on tool surface texture is introduced,and tool antifriction technology with double effects of minimal quantity lubrication(MQL) and surface texture is proposed.Also some kinds of manufacturing technologies of surface texture are introduced,and the problems which need to be solved in the research on tool non-smooth wear-resistant theory and technology are analyzed.
