随着科学技术的发展及制造技术的进步,人们开始致力于开发开放式数控系统,用户可以自定义开放式界面,配置所需功能,大大提高数控系统的模块化、可重拇}生与可扩充性。笔者在微铣削机床试验平台上,开发了NC嵌入PC类型的数控系统,建立整个伺服系统的模型,通过调整和优化伺服控制,改善了直线电机动态性能,研究了数控伺服系统的控制精度,以进一步提高微铣削加工的精度。
With the development of manufacturing technology, researchers have paid their attention to open CNC systems. In such a system, the interface and function can be user-defined. In addition, the open architecture greatly improves the modularization, reconfiguration and extensibility of the CNC system. Based on the experimental platform of the micro-milling machine, the open CNC system of the NC-embedded PC structure was developed. The model of the servo system was established. By adjusting and optimizing the servo control, the dynamic performance of a linear motor was improved. In order to keep the precision during the micro-milling process, the control aceuracy of the servo system was further studied.
