The research of high -temperature superconducting (HTS) filter and front -end module for deep space network (DSN) was presented in the paper. The HTS filter, without any trimming after fabrication, shows a return loss of 25.16dB and a VSWR as low as 1.12. The insertion loss of the HTS filter is about 0.04dB and the out - of - band attenuation is better than 115dB. The module of the HTS filter and the low temperature amplifier shows a gain of 30±0.2dB, a return loss of 20dB and a noise temperature of 8 -9K.
