首次建立了dcSQUID在电路仿真软件PSpice中的模型,对不同外加磁通下的Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性以及不同参数下的Ⅴ-Φ特性曲线进行了仿真研究,得出了调制电压峰峰值、变换系数等特性参数随偏置电流、正常态电阻和非对称程度变化的关系。仿真结果对于深入了解dcSQUID的原理和选择参数有重要的指导意义。
The model of dc SQUID was constructed for the first time in the software PSpice. Taking advantage of this model, he Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics and Ⅴ-Φ characteristics of dc SQUID at different conditions were simulated. The dependence of the peak-to-peak value of the voltage modulation and the transfer coefficient of the SQUID on the bias current, normal resistance and non-uniform of the two junctions was obtained. The results are valuable for understanding of the principles of dc SQUID and selection of parameters.
