以数字v型球阀为研究对象,建立了阀门内流场几何模型与网格模型,运用CFD相关理论与软件,仿真分析了阀门内部的三维流场,得到了v型球阀恒压差、不同开度下的体积流量与相对流量等数据.研究了数字v型球阀相对体积流量与相对开度的关系、步进电机数字脉冲信号与阀门开度的关系及步进电机数字脉冲信号与阀门相对开度的关系.建立了数字v型球阀的理想流量特性曲线、位移曲线与静态特性曲线.
By studying digital V ball valve, the geometric model and the mesh model of the valve are built. The 3-D flow field in the valve is analyzed through theories and softwares related to CFD. The volume flow and the relative flow corresponding to different openings are acquired under the constant pressure drop. The relationship between the relative volume flow and the relative opening, the relationship between the digital pulse signal of the stepper motor and the opening of the valve, and the relationship between the digital pulse signal of the stepper motor and flow coefficients corresponding to different openings are researched of the digital V-ball valve, respectively. The curve of the flow characteristics, the curve of the displacement characteristics and the curve of the static characteristics are drawn respectively.
