柔性多维触觉传感器的研究对于智能机器人的发展至关重要,研制符合实际应用要求的触觉传感器已经成为智能机器人发展中的关键技术之一。在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,阐述了触觉传感器应用在机器人上的主要技术,包括敏感材料选择、结构设计、解耦算法、信号获取电路、传感器标定以及虚拟触觉的研究等,为触觉传感器的研究提供方向。
The research on flexible multi-dimensional tactile sensor is crucial for the development of intelligent robot,it has become one of the key technologies in development of tactile sensor according with the requirement of actual application. Introduce main technologies in the application of robot tactile sensor on the basis of analyzing domestic and foreign research situation,including sensitive material selection,structure design,decoupling algorithm and signal acquisition circuit,sensor calibration and the research on virtual tactile,it can provide a direction for the study of tactile sensor.
