在生产线上实行员工岗位轮转是预防职业疾病和损伤的一种重要手段.针对生产线员工岗位轮转问题,采用在欧洲自动化工业中广泛使用的人体工程学风险测定方法 EWAS,模糊测定相应岗位的人体工程学风险值;其次,以生产线所有员工最大风险值中的最小值为目标函数,构建了岗位轮转调度模型和求解方法,并运用启发式算法对模型求解进行优化,最终得出岗位轮转的最佳方案.
Implementing job rotation in the enterprise has become an important means for effective management.Aiming at the job rotation problem of the production line staff,the European Assembly Worksheet method was used in this paper,which has been widely used in the European automation industry,for fuzzy determination of the Ergonomic risk of the corresponding post.With all the employees,the biggest risk value's minimum as the objective function,the job rotation scheduling model based on ergonomics was established,and a heuristic algorithm is used for optimization.Finally the optimal scheme of job rotation was obtained.
