在沥青中加入适量热固性酚醛树脂,利用树脂上大量的活性基团增加活性位点。通过偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、氮气吸脱附、循环伏安和恒流充放电测试考察了树脂对球体的表面形貌和微观结构的影响。结果表明,微观结构相对表面形貌变化的贡献较突出,显著改善了中间相炭微球在高扫描速率下的电容特性。
The resole-type phenolic resin was blended with coal-tar pitch to increase the active position through the utilization of abundant activated groups in resin. The influences of resin on the morphology and microstructure of MCMB were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption at 77K, cycle vol- tammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge methods. The results indicate that resin doesntt destroy the morphology but has effect on microstructure, and the MCMB's capacitive behaviors at high scan rate are improved.
