针对作战人员对军事通信网络效能动态需求,建立基于仿真数据和用户需求的军事通信网络SEA模型;给出SEA方法在算子集成运行环境(OASIS)中的算子化设计和实现过程;通过使用SEA评估算子评估舰艇编队通信网络效能,证明应用SEA方法动态评估军事通信网络效能适用性和算子化SEA方法有效性,有利于SEA方法向通用化和规范化发展。
In order to satisfy user's variable operational requirements of Military Communication Network(MCN) evaluation,we established a SEA model for MCN based on simulation data and user's requirements,and designed a SEA operator in the Operators Assembly Synthesis Integrated System(OASIS).By using SEA evaluation operator to evaluate the effectiveness of Warship Formation's communication network as a case study,it is demonstrated that the feasibility and rationality of SEA operator method are appropriate to make the utility of SEA more universal and standardized.
