以Cu-Ti活性钎料焊接的Al2 O3/碳钢为例,说明对多元系合金、尤其是不同材料结合的界面进行物相分析时,不仅要用X射线衍射、电子衍射技术,而且要配以成分分析才能得到正确的结果.本实验用75Cu-25Ti钎料对Al2O3陶瓷/碳钢实施钎焊,钎焊温度1 050℃、保温时间30 min,通过TEM、XRD、SAED、EDS对界面进行综合分析,确定界面新生相主要为Ti4Fe2O相.
It was illustrated that the right phase structures could be determined not only by XRD (X-ray Diffraction) and ED (Electron Diffraction),but also by the corresponding composition analysis for the multi-component system alloys,and the heterogeneous interface.The interface of Cu-Ti active solder welding Al2O3/carbon steel was an example.In this paper,the Al2O3 ceramic and carbon steel was brazed using 75Cu-25Ti solder at the temperature of 1 050 ℃ for holding 30 minutes.The new formed phase in the interface was determined to mainly Ti4Fe2O phase,by virtue of TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy),XRD,SAED (Selected Area Electron Diffraction),and EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy).
