通过拉伸试验,对经过β相区两镦两拔锻造的TA10钛合金棒材不同温度(600~750℃)退火后的力学性能和显微组织进行研究。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,TA10钛合金的规定塑性延伸强度和抗拉强度下降,伸长率和断面收缩率升高;显微组织由网篮组织逐渐破碎,相同取向的片状α组织随温度升高偏聚在一起,形成长而平直的集束,为魏氏组织;热处理温度为700℃时棒材的规定塑性延伸强度为607 MPa,抗拉强度为687 MPa,伸长率为22%,强度和塑性达到较好的匹配。
The tested TA10 alloy was forged by two times upsetting and stretching at β phase area and then heat treated. The effect of different heat treatment range from 600 ℃ to 750 ℃ on microstructure and properties of TA10 alloy was studied. The results show that with the increase of heat temperature,both the yield strength and the tensile strength of TA10 alloy decrease,but its' extensibility and reduction of area increase. Meanwhile,the baskeweave microstructure breaks up gradually and the lamellar α phase gathers to form clustering,showing a uniform Widmannstatten structure. When heat treatment temperature which shows a good combination of mechanical properties is at 700 ℃,the yield strength reaches about 607 MPa,the tensile strength about 687 MPa and the elongation about 22%.
