英文摘要：

The origin of residual stress in the mechanical parts （or components） and its influences on the service life of the mechanical parts are briefly introduced.The concrete measuring techniques in nondestructive and destructive detection technologies,and their characteristics and applicability are also briefly outlined.The measurement principle and characteristics of XRD method are stressed,including the points for attention in measurement.
