为实现棉纺装备协同制造过程中资源、数据、应用等的有效集成,分析棉纺装备集成化制造现状和协同制造平台构建需求,据此提出基于语义面向服务架构的协同制造平台,并根据企业内和企业间协同制造的不同情况,建立企业级协同制造平台和跨企业协同制造平台两种范型.讨论核心功能区和主要功能模块,比较分析两个层级协同制造平台结构、功能的异同以及依据相似性的构建简化方法.最后,以纺机制造企业某型号剑杆织机为例,对原型系统进行验证和实现.
In order to realize the integration of resource, data and applications on – demand during the collaborative manufacturing process of cotton spinning machinery, the manufacturing status of cotton spinning machinery and the construction requirements of collaborative manufacturing platform were analyzed. Collaborative manufacturing platform based on semantic SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) was proposed. According to the different condition between manufacturing enterprise and extended manufacturing enterprise, collaborative manufacturing platforms for them were constructed. The core function area and the important function modules were introduced. Then similarities and differences of function and structure between platforms, as well as multilevel relationship between them were analyzed to simplify network collaboration and platform construction by self-similarity and fractal technology. Finally, the prototype was verified through the application of certain rapier loom in a textile machinery corporation.
