提出一种钢管漏磁检测过程中基于信号源的内外裂纹区分方法.该方法基于内外伤法向漏磁分量检测信号的波形特征,参考信号畸变所具有的峰-峰值大小,调整对应畸变信号峭度指标的算法,从而构建内、外伤区分指标.通过钻杆中的横向刻槽检测试验观察,以及二维轴对称有限元仿真分析,检测了在常规钢管漏磁检测过程中对于具有不同宽度信息的内外伤裂纹,这种方法进行缺陷位置识别的实用性较高.
The normal components of the magnetic flux leakage (MFL) inspection signal distortion were studied, in vicinity of the external defect and the opposite surface of internal defect in the specimen. The kurtosis index can be used to build the discriminating index, identifying the defect's location, a priori that the peak-peak amplitude is set as the triggering adjusting factor. Based on the experiment to the artificial transverse notches on the drill pipe, as well as the two-dimension axial symmetry simulation, by which this signal identifying tactics was verified to be more practicable and feasible for the width-varied notch samples during the conventional MFL inspection to the steel pipe.
