为了获得较高的加工质量和加工效率,在对加工时间、电极蚀损量、回退次数和表面粗糙度等指标进行综合分析的基础上,对电极材料、加工电压、峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、正常进给速度以及快进速度等工艺参数进行了分析和优化。采用电火花刻槽机为实验工具进行正交试验,对正交试验的结果进行了直观分析和灰并联分析。对灰关联度进行F检验后,获得了显著的影响因素,最终遴选出最优加工参数。验证试验表明,灰关联分析法能简化复合工艺指标的优化选择,具有很好的应用效果。
In order to acquire the best machining quality and the greatest efficiency, it is necessary to analyze the EDM process with multiple performance characteristics including machining time, electron wear ratio, reverse times and surface roughness, and to optimize some processing parameter such as electrode material, open discharge voltage, peak current, pulse duration, pulse interval, normal feed speed and fast feed speed. An EDM groove machine was used to do some experiments for testing an orthogonal array of processing parameters. Then the test resuhs were analyzed with simple graphic method as well as Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) method of Grey System (GS). A series of grey relational grade values obtained from GRA were then tested in Ftest to determine significant parameters. Finally, optimal processing parameters were determined as the performance index. Confirmation tests show that GRA is effective to solve the EDM process with multiple performance characteristics.
