针对缺陷漏磁检测信号的某些特征及其形成机理中某些易于被忽略的因素,如单峰信号里负旁瓣存在的根源、峰宽值及峰-峰值的决定等因素进行了分析.采用逐步细化的多重空气层建模的有限元分析方法,获得了细致的缺陷泄漏场分布模式——泄漏磁泡;通过对泄漏磁泡背景场色泽的过滤处理、磁感应线的层叠标示、正负磁区的划分及扫描路径的规划,获得了检测信号的上述特征及其相应的形成机制:缺陷漏磁场为磁泡状且存在着正负磁区.最后,通过试验进一步证实了缺陷漏磁场的信号特征.
The doubtful points of some signal characteristics of MFL (magnetic flux leakage) and their relevant formation mechanism were analyzed.The detailed distribution of MFL of defects in the forming of magnetic leakage bubble was obtained by finite element method of creating of multiple air region.Furthermore,formation mechanism of the doubtful points mentioned above was addressed by filtering treatment of background contour color of leakage bubble,mark of magnetic line,programming of positive-negative magnetic area and scanning path.Finally,the analysis of MFL signals characteristic mentioned above was confirmed by experiments.
