高速铁路的出现极大改善了城市之间的交通可达性,缩小了城市之间的时空距离。笔者基于12306网站提供的列车运行时刻数据,在改进城市之间换乘最短时间算法的基础上,从2007年、2010年和2013年三个时间断面测算了河南省17个地级市的铁路交通可达性和经济潜力,对比在高铁背景下,分析有高铁城市与无高铁城市、有高铁城市之间的交通可达性和经济潜力的时空规律。研究结果表明:(1)高铁的出现加剧了有高铁城市和无高铁城市的交通可达性与经济潜力的差距,而在有高铁的城市之间这种差距在减小;(2)在高铁网未完善的前提下,"高铁+"成为新的出行选项;(3)经济潜力值较大的城市多分布于中原城市群范围内;(4)城市可达性和经济潜力受到铁路运营行为的诸多影响。
The traffic reachability among cities has been highly improved when high-speed railways appear, which has also shortened the space-time distance among cities. Based on the data of train timetable, to define the shortest transfer time between cities, this paper calculates the rail traffic reaehability and economic potential of seventeen cities in Henan Province in 2007, 2010 and 2013, and analy- zes the space-time rule of traffic reaehability and economic potential among these cities on the background of high-speed railway. The results show that, it exacerbates the differences in traffic rcachability and economic potential between the cities with high-speed railway and the cities without, but it decreases the differences among the cities which have high-speed railway ; before the traffic network is complete, "high-speed rail plus" becomes a new option of traveling; most of the cities with higher economic potential are distributed in the region of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration; the railway operation will affect traffic rcachability and economic potential.
