以2012年河南省18个地市的城镇建设用地为研究对象,运用空间权重矩阵、空间自相关性检验和空间计量模型,对河南省18个地市的城镇建设用地及扩展的驱动因素进行空间计量研究.研究结果表明:(1)河南省城镇建设用地的扩展存在着空间正相关性,且在郑州、新乡、焦作、济源存在“高高”集聚的局部空间正相关;(2)城镇化率、第二产业产值、社会消费品零售额和第三产业产值是河南省城镇建设用地扩展的主要因素,说明工业化、城镇化的快速推进是城镇建设用地扩展的主导因素,其中前三个因素对河南省城镇建设用地扩展起着正向促进作用,而第三产业产值起着一定的抑制作用,说明河南省应在调整产业结构中大力发展第三产业,走新型城镇化、新型工业化道路.
Taking urban construction land of 18 cities in Henan province in 2012 as the research object, we use the spatial weight matrix, the correlation test and spatial econometric model to study urban construction land of 18 cities in Henan province and driving factors of expansion. The conclusions are as follows : (1) The expansion of the urban construction land in Henan province has a spatial positive correlation, and there is a "high-high" local aggregate positive spatial correlation among Zhengzhou city, Xinxiang city, Jiaozuo city and Jiyuan city; (2)Urbanization rate, the second industry production value, the total retail sales of social consumer goods and the third industry production value are the main factors of urban construction land expansion in Henan province, which indicates that the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization is the main factor. The first three factors have a positive effect on urban construction land expansion in Henan province, while the third industry production value has a negative effect on it. Therefore, Henan province should develop the third industry in the adjustment of industrial structure, and take a new road of industrialization and urbanization.
