利用2009年对江苏省海门市、安徽省金寨县、陕西省户县参合农户调研获得的数据,在因子分析的基础上建立了参合农户医疗服务需求影响因素的二元离散选择模型。通过模型分析归纳了影响三地参合农户是否产生医疗服务需求的关键因素,并对三地之间的异同进行了对比分析,为新型农村合作医疗制度在不同经济发展水平地区的发展方向提供指导与借鉴。本文模型还具有预测新参合农户是否会产生医疗服务需求的功能,这对新型农村合作医疗制度的健康、稳定发展同样具有重要意义。

英文摘要：

This article uses the data getting from the survey of the households who has joined in The New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Haimen,Jinzhai and Huxian three counties in 2009.Based on Factor Analysis,we use Logistic Model about the influence factor of households＇ medical demand.Through the analysis we find out the key influence factors in the three counties,and then we compare the differences and similarities.The conclusions are meaningful for the development of The New Rural Cooperative Medical System.In addition,the model in this article has the prediction function to distinguish the households whether have medical demand or not.It＇s also very valuable for the further development of The New Rural Cooperative Medical System.
