建立了弹塑性单峰接触有限元轴对称模型,分析了接触面积、硬度和接触力与干涉量的关系,并在有限元分析的基础上进行了经验公式的拟合。结果表明:弹塑性接触阶段材料的硬度随着接触几何变化而改变,而不是材料的常数,这与其他的研究是截然不同的。拟合得到的模型在弹性和弹塑性接触区域是连续的,可以应用于不同尺度的情况,将该研究结果代入到Greenwood-Williamson(GW)模型,可以在综合考虑表面弹塑性变形的前提下求解粗糙表面的接触问题。
A finite element model of elastic-plastic hemisphere with single rigid flat surface was developed to analyse the relationships among contact areas,contact force and penetration depth with finite element method(FEM).Results showed that the contact hardness varied with the deformed contact geometry,rather than material constants.It was remarkable different with the researches from other models.An empirical formulation was established and was continuous in all intervals and valid for different scales.Greenwood-Williamson(GW) model with the formulation developed could be used to solve the elastic-plastic contact problems of random rough surface.
