在高速重载高精度机床切削过程中,多种热源的作用会使导轨运动结合部产生热变形,采用红外测温仪测定机床导轨面的温度分布,然后利用有限元软件ABAQUS,计算出结合部的热变形量,评估热变形对几何精度的影响,最后优化配置床身导轨结合部。结果表明:合理布置床身的导轨支撑,使得导轨运动结合部上的变形量得到抑制不致出现过大突变。因而必须考虑大型部件空间分布的温度场对机床结合部精度的影响,可为大型机床的再制造提供参考。
During cutting process of high-speed,heavy load and high precision machine tool thermal deformation at guide junction could occur under various actions of multi-thermal sources.Firstly,the temperature distribution on the machine tool guideway was measured by a infrared thermometer.Then,the guide junction deformation was calculated by finite element software ABAQUS,and the geometry precision was assessed.Finally,a guide junction was optimized.Results showed that reasonable machine tool guide support could suppress the deformation of machine tool joints to avoid large mutation.The influence of the spatial temperature distribution of large parts on the accuracy of machine tools junction must be considered.Research results provided a reference to the design and the control of large machine tool remanufacturing.
