基于曲面包络理论建立砂轮修整误差影响下的实际砂轮曲面的数学模型,然后求解实际磨削齿面的端面廓形并评价其与设计廓形的偏差,考察各个砂轮修整误差对磨齿精度的影响。在数控成形磨齿机上进行了磨削实验并用三坐标测量仪测量磨削后的齿轮。测量结果显示齿廓精度达到了4级(ISO1328—1—1997)。
The mathematical model of actual wheel surface with wheel dressing error was built based on sur- face envelope theory. The actual profile of transverse plane was then solved and its deviation from design profile was evaluated. Finally, the effect of each dressing error on the accuracy of ground gear was analyzed based on the proposed mathematical model. A grinding experiment was implemented using the gear form grinding machine, and the gear was measured by three-coordinate measuring machine. Measurement results indicated that the accuracy of the tooth profile achieves grade 4 (ISO 1328-1-1997).
