床身是数控机床的重要基础部件,其结构设计是否合理将直接影响整个机床的动态特性。文中运用ABAQUS对某型数控铣齿机床床身进行模态分析,对比分析了圆形和方形两种不同的出砂孔形状对床身固有频率的影响,同时对床身内部横向、纵向筋板厚度以及床身壁厚的变化对床身动态特性的影响进行了分析,并以此结果为依据,在避免数控机床发生共振的前提下,以减轻床身的重量为优化目标,对原有机床进行结构优化,最终使得床身重量减轻了1.68t,满足优化目标,也为后续机床结构设计提供参考依据。
As the important foundation of numerical control machine parts,whether the structure design of bed is reasonable will directly influence the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool.In this paper,modal analysis of milling machine tools bed is researched based on ABAQUS,and the effects of the two different form sand holes that is round and square respectively on the natural frequency are compared.At the same time,the influence of the changes of the thickness of horizontal and longitudinal internal reinforcement plate and the wall thickness on the dynamic characteristics of the bed is analyzed.Based on the analyzed results and at the premise of avoiding resonance occurrence and reducing the weight of the bed as optimal objective,the structure of original machine is optimized,which eventually make the weight of the bed light by 1.68 t,and meet the optimized objectives,besides the results provide the reference for the follow-up machine structure design.
