为实现芯片引脚及引线框架的精确定位,提出了一种改进型的视觉定位方法.该方法结合LOG算子的定位方法和Zernike正交矩的最小二乘椭圆拟合亚像素定位方法,分别对芯片引脚和引线框架进行了定位:对于芯片引脚采用LOG算子算法进行匹配定位,而针对引线框架图像则采用Zernike正交矩的最小二乘椭圆拟合亚像素方法进行定位.通过构建的芯片自动视觉定位平台,进行了相关定位实验.实验表明,芯片引脚及引线框架定位精度小于0.6像素,满足芯片封装应用要求.
In order to realize the accurate positioning of the chip pin and the lead frame,an improved visual positioning method was proposed,which was combined with the positioning method based on Laplacian-of-Gaussian (LOG)operator and the positioning method based on Zernike orthogonal mo-ments of the least square ellipse fitting.The positioning of the chip pin and the lead frame were stud-ied,respectively.Firstly,the LOG operator was used as the matching algorithm for the lead frame positioning.Secondly,the sub-pixel ellipse fitting method was employed based on Zernike orthogonal moments for the lead frame positioning.Then,the platform of the chip automatic visual positioning was built,and the related experiments were carried on.The experiments show that the positioning ac-curacy is less than 0.6 pixels of the chip pin and the lead frame,which can meet the application re-quirements of the chip package.
