简要介绍了高温超导材料RE123的发展概况及其在高温超导实验和理论研究方面的历史作用.初步分析了RE123单晶及其掺杂样品对于高温超导机理研究的重要意义.报道了我们在Y123、Sm123单晶以及Pr掺杂(YPr)BCO、Fe掺杂SmB(CuFe)O系列单晶的生长实验工作和成果.
In this review, the development of crystal growth of Re123 superconductor and related historical roles in high temperature superconductor experiments and theoretical research. The significance of RE123 to the mechanism research of high--Tc superconductivity is analyzed. Meanwhile, our results are also reported on Y123--hased single crystals, such as Y123, Sm123, Pr-doped Y123 and Fe-doped Y123 superconductors.
