By analyzing the impact of comprehensive anti-terrorist unit operational effectiveness of the main factors, the evaluation model of comprehensive anti-terrorism unit combat effectiveness and evaluation index system is given. Then the Fuzzy AHP method is used to indicate the comprehensive anti-terrorism combat effectiveness evaluation. Finally, the DEA model is used to analysis the validity of the first level indicator and pointed out the need to improve the amplitude of invalid index.
