研究了决策过程中决策者往往更容易选择模糊语言来表达评价意见的问题,提出了导出模糊OWA算子(IFOWA)。定义了模糊语言相对应的三角模糊数,并将模糊语言评估及其相对应的三角模糊数组成OWA对进行集结。为判断衡量集结结果,提出了问隙度概念。在判断集结后的三角模糊数所对应的模糊评价语言时,通过举例分析,取‘间隙’最小。验证了该方法的有效性,提出的IFOWA算子对多属性决策问题具有实际应用价值。
When a expert makes a decision, he is likely to apply linguistic formation to depict his assessment. To deal with the linguistic opinion, an induced fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator (IFOWA) is introduced detailedly in this paper. The operator takes as their argument pairs, called OWA pairs, in which one component is used to induce an ordering over the second components which are then aggregated. The triangle fuzzy numbers corresponding to fuzzy linguistic variables are defined and they are united to construct OWA pairs which are aggregated. The concept of clearance degree is presented to judge and esti- mate the aggregation consequences. To acquire the corresponding fuzzy linguistic associated with the ag- gregated triangle fuzzy number, the minimum clearance is used. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectivity of the proposed IFOWA operator which is useful to the problems of multi-attribute group decision making.
