基于高层梯队理论,引入企业国际化程度这一变量,考察其对高管团队同质性、异质性特征与企业绩效关系的影响。以A股上市的高新技术行业中具有海外业务的307家企业为样本进行实证研究。结果发现:企业国际化程度对高管团队平均年龄、平均教育程度、教育程度差异、任期差异与企业绩效之间的关系起显著调节作用。最后,提出了实施国际化战略过程中优化高管团队的建议。
Based on the upper echelons theory, introducing the variables of the degree of internationalization, to examine its effect on the relationship between top management team heterogeneity and homogeneity and enterprise performance. Using the A shares listed on the high technology industry with the overseas business as a sample, through empirical research, this paper finds that : The degree of internationalization plays a significant regulatory role between TMT average age, average ed- ucation level, education differences, tenure differences and corporate performance. Accordingly, put forward the suggestion about optimizing the top management team in the process of international strategy.
